To use bet4's services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requires your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, a valid CPF, date of birth, an active email address, a Brazilian mobile number, and a secure password.
One account per person: creating more than one account per CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. Using third-party personal data to create an account is forbidden and subject to immediate cancellation and retention of any irregularly obtained balances.

General betting rules:
Live Betting: available on all events marked with the "LIVE" indicator. Live odds fluctuate in real time and are confirmed by the system at the moment of click. bet4 is not responsible for odds differences between the time of viewing and bet confirmation in high market volatility situations.
Cash Out: the early cash out feature (full or partial) is available on selected events, as indicated on the platform. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the game unfolds. Cash out may be temporarily unavailable during high-volatility moments (goals, red cards, penalties).
Parlay bets: allowed across multiple simultaneous events. All selections must win for a parlay bet to be a winner. Any cancelled selection is disregarded and the parlay continues with the remaining selections.
Bet4 regularly offers promotions for both new and existing users, subject to the specific conditions described in each offer and the general terms in this section. Using a bonus constitutes automatic acceptance of the conditions outlined below and in the individual rules of each promotion.

About game results: casino game results are determined solely by certified random number generation algorithms. bet4 does not interfere with, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any game. Casino betting limits: each game has minimum and maximum bet limits set by the game provider. These limits are displayed in the game interface before each session begins. Players at the VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels have access to higher-limit tables upon request to support.
Bet4 is not liable for connection issues that occur during a live casino game session. If a disconnection happens mid-round, the system records the state of the round and settles the bet according to the generated result, which is available in the user's bet history.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time via 24h live chat or by emailing suporte@bet4.express. Before closure, any available real balance will be released for withdrawal to your registered and verified Pix key or bank account. Bonus balances that have not been converted to real balance (incomplete rollover) are forfeited upon closure.

In cases of well-founded fraud suspicion, bet4 may preventively suspend account access and hold balances for up to 60 days for internal investigation. The user will be notified by email and will have the right to submit a documented defense.
After account closure, data is retained in accordance with mandatory legal retention periods — typically 5 years for financial records — and then deleted in compliance with the LGPD.
Bet4 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance by email to registered users and via a notice on the platform's homepage. Continued use of bet4 after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance.
Governing law: these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the regulations applicable to fixed-odds betting in Brazil.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will preferably be resolved through amicable means. If an out-of-court resolution is not possible, the competent jurisdiction shall be the consumer's place of domicile, in accordance with Article 101, Section I, of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
