Bet4 operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018). All processes involving the collection, storage, and processing of personal data follow the guidelines established by Brazilian law and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
All data transmitted between your device and bet4's servers — including registration details, Pix financial transactions, and betting data — is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by banks such as Nubank, Itaú, and Bradesco.
Bet4 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising or any other commercial purpose. Data use is limited to operating the platform's own services and fulfilling legal obligations.
As the owner of your data, you have the right to access, correct, port, and request the deletion of your information at any time. Simply contact bet4 through the dedicated data channel. All requests are handled within 15 business days, with no red tape.
Bet4 users' personal data is stored on servers with restricted access, continuous monitoring, and encrypted backups. Intrusion detection systems operate around the clock to identify and neutralize any unauthorized access attempts.
Bet4 collects only the data strictly necessary to provide its services and meet its legal obligations. We do not collect more than we need — and within what we do collect, internal access is restricted to the minimum required for each function.

AML = Anti-Money Laundering. Retention periods comply with current Brazilian legislation, including requirements from the Central Bank and the ANPD.
This Privacy Policy applies to the platform bet4, accessible at bet4.express and through any associated official channels. bet4 acts as the controller of its users' personal data, as defined by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).
This policy applies to all users who access, browse, register for, or use any service offered by bet4, including Sports Betting on Brasileirão Série A, Copa Libertadores, UFC, NBB basketball, e-sports, as well as all Live Casino games, slots, and crash games available on the platform.
By creating an account, making a deposit via Pix or any other method, or simply browsing the bet4 website, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This policy supplements the Terms and Conditions of the platform and should be read in conjunction with them.
Bet4 reserves the right to update this policy periodically to reflect changes in legislation, services offered, or data processing practices. Material updates will be communicated by email to registered users at least 7 days in advance.
Bet4 collects personal data in three main ways: data provided directly by the user during registration and platform use, data collected automatically during browsing, and data obtained from external sources for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

Bet4 uses the personal data collected solely for the purposes described below, in accordance with the legal bases established by the LGPD. No data is used for purposes not listed here, except with the user's new express consent or as required by law under supervision.

Bet4 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Information is shared only in the strictly necessary situations described below, always under appropriate security and confidentiality controls.
Essential service providers: bet4 works with partners that support the platform's operations, including payment processors (handling Pix, boleto, and card transactions), live casino and slots providers, KYC identity verification services, and server infrastructure providers. These vendors receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and comply with the LGPD.
Authorities and legal obligations: bet4 may share personal data with government authorities, regulatory bodies, the Financial Activities Control Council (COAF), and others when required by law, court order, or regulatory obligation. In such cases, data is shared strictly to the extent required by law.
Fraud prevention: in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity, bet4 may share information with competent authorities and, where applicable, with other financial sector entities as permitted under Brazilian AML legislation.
International transfer: Some of bet4's technology and game providers may be based outside Brazil. In such cases, bet4 ensures that any international data transfers are handled with a level of protection equivalent to that required by the LGPD, through specific contractual clauses and transfer mechanisms recognized by the ANPD.

Bet4 does not use third-party cookies for cross-site tracking. Data collected through cookies is used exclusively within the bet4 platform.
You can manage or revoke your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings panel, accessible in the site footer. Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies does not affect the validity of any processing carried out prior to that withdrawal.
When accessing the platform via a mobile browser on Android or iPhone, cookie settings can also be managed directly in the browser's own options, independently of the preferences set within the bet4 platform.
Bet4 applies a robust set of technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or improper disclosure. Security is not just a legal requirement for us — it is a cornerstone of the trust we build with every user.
Technical measures in place:
In the event of a security incident: if bet4 identifies a data breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected users, it will notify the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) and the affected users within the timeframe established by the LGPD, providing clear information about the nature of the incident, the data involved, and the measures taken to mitigate the impact.
Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) grants you, as the owner of personal data processed by bet4, a set of rights you can exercise at any time. bet4 is committed to responding to all requests within the legally required timeframes, at no additional charge.
To exercise any of these rights, send your request to suporte@bet4.express with the subject line "LGPD Request", identifying yourself with your full name and registered CPF. The response deadline is up to 15 business days. In more complex cases, bet4 may request additional information to verify the requester's identity before processing the request.
Bet4 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the minimum retention periods required by Brazilian law. Once that period expires and there is no longer a legal or legitimate reason to keep the data, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Applicable retention periods:
When you request account closure, any data still within an active legal retention period is kept exclusively to meet those obligations and is not used for any other purpose. Data outside the applicable retention period is deleted immediately upon the deletion request.
Bet4 does not permit, under any circumstances, access to or use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age. Sports Betting, live casino, slots, and all other games available on the platform are intended exclusively for adults.
The platform collects date of birth at registration and verifies age during the KYC process, prior to the first withdrawal being processed. Accounts showing signs of use by a minor are preventively suspended and subject to immediate review.
Bet4 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor's data was inadvertently collected, that data will be immediately deleted and the account will be closed. Legal guardians who identify platform use by a minor in their care should contact support immediately so the appropriate steps can be taken.
Parents and guardians who want to block minors' access to betting sites can use parental control tools available in modern browsers and operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows), as well as parental control solutions offered by Brazilian internet providers such as Vivo, Claro, TIM, and Oi.
Bet4 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as required by the LGPD for large-scale personal data processing operations. The DPO is the official point of contact for all privacy-related matters and data subject rights.
Privacy contact channels:
All data subject rights requests are logged, handled as a priority, and responded to within 15 business days. bet4 may request identity verification before processing access, deletion, or data portability requests, to ensure that only the account holder is exercising their rights.
Supervisory authority: if you believe that bet4's processing of your data violates the LGPD and you were unable to resolve the matter directly with us, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) through its official channels.
Changes to this policy: bet4 may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The date of the latest revision is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
